Honestly, i wasn't nervous at all..until we sat in the hall. Manqin, Gordon, Dio and i were just grabbing each others' hands and holding each other really tightly till our palms started sweating. And then Mr Khoo just announced all the overall performances and stuff, blah blah..then they started calling us up one by one to collect our results...and when your register number is 20, it seriously kills your stomach. All the butterflies attacking you person after person. I can't imagine how Allan was feeling, being number 40 LOL.
But yeah i got the results, and guess what:
English: B3
Math: A1 . Thank God i got my A1 for this. I'd have cried if i didn't.
Amath: FREAKING B3 OH GOSH. I can't believe it. I was an F9 student before i started having Amath tuition. Thank God for Mrs Chong.
Combined Humanities: A2. This one was a big shocker too. I never knew i could do that well for my humanities, honestly! Perhaps it's cos i was lucky enough to not get a hybrid question for Geog heh.
Biology: B3
Chemistry: C5. I must say, it was pretty ugly seeing a C in my report card. Not that i thought i'd get an A or something cos i knew i screwed up my Chem, but still..ohwell.
Chinese: A1. This one was already given late last year so yeah :D
L1R5: 13
L1R2B2: 11
Okay i feel pleased w my results, even though it's not the kind of extremely good results. 3 As isn't very good. But it's good for me LOL. Well, at least i can qualify for my vet course right?!
So yeah now it's the 12 choices. Basically i chose Vet, Biomedical Science, Optometry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Hotel and Tourism Management, and finally, Leisure and Resort Management. Some are repeated but from different schools, so it adds up to 12 choices.
Really pray that i'll get vet though. I know it's gonna be a tough pathway in the future because if i don't do well enough to get to a university, i can't really get any jobs or whatsoever related to vet. So yeah poly isn't gonna be easy. Buuuuut i believe i'll survive better in poly than JC hahaha.

Yes it's already 2013. 2012 passed so quickly. And it's almost a year since Kakak left. ):
Anyway. Took up a few jobs ever since Os ended, wanted to blog about it but i never had the mood to. My very first job was at the SITEX roadshow, helped out M1 at the roadshow w Gordon hehe. Wanted the whole Aviary to go, but ite the only needed 2 people and one has to be a guy. So only Gordon and I went. Gordon gave out flyers, while i stayed inside the little 'box' doing data entry LOL. But that only lasted for 4 days so yeah it ended quickly.
My second job was as a banquet waitress at Fullerton hotel through the agency, TCC Group. Actually working at the hotel's quite okay, but i only did coffee breaks for little meeting rooms and never got to do banquets HAHAH. Why? Cos my parents didn't really want me to stay up till 11.30pm, and usually banquets are at night. So yeah. Worked there with Manqin, Sandra, Shane, Chenting and Kylie for a month or so. We left cos TCC was a piece of shit ._. Our pays were always not given to us in full (missing a few days etc) so we decided to leave. My last day at Fullerton was the 7th of December, and until now they still owe me two days of pay. See how awesome they are?
Anyway. My third and current job is, again, as a waitress. But this time it's at a Japanese BBQ restaurant called Haramiya. The managers there (Ethan, Shawn and Kevin) are pretty friendly, except for Shawn who is much quieter than the other two so it makes him a little scary hehe. But when he speaks, he's actually v...gentle in a way. Thus, don't judge a book by it's cover hahahaha. Worked there for about a week already, and it's preeeetty good i guess? Oh and this time my parents allowed me to work till 11pm so lately i've been reaching home only past 12am haha. Pay's pretty good as well, so i guess we'll be staying here till Poly starts or even continue after Poly starts.
Olevel results are coming in a few days, most likely on the 10th of January. Right now i don't feel the nervousness, but that's normal cos usually i'd get all jittery on the day itself. Many people are getting nightmares of attaining really bad L1R5, but for me i'm just sleeping peacefully LOL. So i guess it's a good thing? Just leave all the nervousness to the day itself hahahaha. :D
Ohwell gotta head out for lunch then go to work now. I wonder when i'll blog again.
Come to think of it, my blog's 5 years old or so? Haha freaking awesome :D
